Monster High Operetta Doll - Rock Monster High With The Phantom's Daughter

Of course, with a new character comes a new doll. Having only come out late last 2011, Operetta has quickly become one of the favorites in the Monster High gang and so it is only natural that her doll follows suit. But before we venture into who she is as well as her doll figure, let’s have a quick look at the background of the Monster High dolls altogether.

Monster High

Monster High is a fictional school where the children of monsters of the past roam the halls. But unlike their parents, the students are anything but scary. These freakishly fashionable kids are just like regular students who all deal with more or less the same issues in high school.

Starting out as a webisode, due to its high popularity and high demand, Monster High soon came out with a doll line, then followed an actual cartoon show on TV. Little girls just can’t seem to get enough of these guys and ghouls.

Who is Operetta ?

You have probably already guessed based on her name alone, Operetta is none other than the daughter of Erik, the Phantom of the Opera. When you see her, the heart shaped monocle/mask is a dead giveaway. But just wait till you hear her sing and watch her on stage. This girl definitely inherited her daddy’s talent. Her voice is so beautiful, it is more than enough to drive a monster mad. A true blue music lover, she never goes anywhere without her guitar. Somewhat like a diva, she is already a perfectionist at such a young age and already cannot stand to be bossed or ordered around.

Among all of the MH dolls, none screams rock star quite like this one. If not her bright red hair, it must be her super cool clothes. The Monster High Operetta Doll is wearing a while puffed sleeved bolero with black spider web prints over a purple and black checkered button up polo. She has on a pair of dark jeans that are folded up to the knee with a sparkly belt holding it up and black chains dangling on the side. For her shoes, she has a pair of black heels that look like sneakers.

She also has a pair of dangling black and white dice earrings, a couple of bracelets and bangles, and a ring too complete with the heart shaped monocle/mask. Along with this 13 x 9.3 x 2.2 inch doll you will also get her coffin shaped guitar, her pet spider - Daddy O longlegs, her diary, and the MH key.
